D’Anjung Cottage Paka are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect personal information (name, email, phone number) solely for the purpose of processing your room bookings and providing check-in instructions.

• Data Usage: Your data is used for booking confirmations, PDF invoices, and automated WhatsApp check-in details.

• Third Parties: We only share data with our payment processor (ToyyibPay) to complete transactions. We do not sell your data to third parties.

• Security: We use secure Google Cloud infrastructure to store booking records.

By booking with D’Anjung Cottage, you agree to:

• Check-in/Out: Check-in is after 3:00 PM; Check-out is before 12:00 PM. Late check-out is subject to a RM20/hour fee.

• House Rules: No smoking inside rooms (RM100 fine), no durians, and no unmarried couples allowed.

• Liability: The management is not responsible for any loss of valuables or personal injury during the stay.

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Return & Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Non-Refundable: All bookings (Deposit or Full Payment) are Strictly Non-Refundable in the event of a cancellation or "No-Show."

• Cancellation: Guests may cancel at any time, but no refund will be issued.

• Rescheduling: Requests to change dates must be made at least 48 hours before the check-in date and are subject to room availability.

Service Delivery Policy

• Booking Confirmation: Upon successful payment, a confirmation email and PDF invoice will be sent instantly.

• Key Delivery: We operate a Self Check-in system. Access codes for keyboxes will be sent via WhatsApp or displayed on the payment success screen once the balance is RM 0.

• Service Location: All services are provided on-site at D'Anjung Cottage Paka.
