Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and indoor areas.
Durian is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. This helps maintain a comfortable environment for all guests.
Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours and be considerate of neighbouring guests.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Visitors should follow the property's house rules and may be subject to availability or restrictions.
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss or excessive cleaning caused during their stay.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Please ensure doors and windows are properly secured when leaving the property.
D'Anjung Cottage reserves the right to take appropriate action if guests seriously violate the house rules, cause damage to the property, or disturb other guests and neighbours.
Reservations are confirmed according to the payment option selected during booking.
Guests who choose the deposit option are responsible for settling the remaining balance according to the booking instructions provided.
Please ensure that your booking details, including your name, phone number, email address and stay dates, are correct before completing payment.
D’Anjung Cottage Paka is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect personal information, including your name, email address and phone number, solely for the purpose of processing your room booking and providing check-in instructions.
Data Usage: Your information may be used for booking confirmations, PDF invoices and automated WhatsApp check-in details.
Third Parties: We only share relevant information with our payment processor, ToyyibPay, where necessary to complete payment transactions. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Security: Booking records are stored using secure Google Cloud infrastructure and appropriate measures are taken to protect guest information.
By making a booking with D’Anjung Cottage Paka, guests acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions applicable to their stay.
Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 12:00 PM. Late check-out is subject to a charge of RM20 per hour.
House Rules: Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. A RM100 charge may apply where smoking occurs inside the rooms. Durian is not permitted inside the rooms.
Guest Conduct: Guests must comply with the property's house rules and any applicable restrictions concerning registered guests and visitors.
Liability: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay. To the extent permitted by applicable law, management is not responsible for loss of valuables or personal injury arising from circumstances outside the management's reasonable control.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
Non-Refundable: All bookings, whether made using the deposit option or full-payment option, are strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.
Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation at any time. However, no refund will be issued for a cancelled booking.
Rescheduling: Requests to change the booking dates must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date and are subject to room availability.
Payment Deadline & Automatic Cancellation: Payment must be received within 24 hours from the time the booking is made. If payment is not received within this period, the system may automatically cancel the booking, and D’Anjung Cottage reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.

Booking Confirmation: Upon successful payment, a confirmation email and PDF invoice will be sent to the guest.
Key Delivery: D’Anjung Cottage operates a self check-in system. Access codes for the keyboxes will be sent via WhatsApp or displayed on the payment success screen once the outstanding balance is RM0.
Service Location: All accommodation services are provided on-site at D’Anjung Cottage Paka, Terengganu, Malaysia.
